Dear all,
We kindly ask you to avoid doing any business with the Russian company DIALOST, who refuses to pay us their usage amount, connecting us with a third company and saying that the third company`s absence of payment who is actually our partner also, implies their delay in paying us.

And each talk with them is very unserious, without any logical reason of delaying payment.
